RAC - Registration Area Centre

RAC which means Registration Area Centre is the first activity to be performed within 12 hours to the election, where registration of voters takes place and all tools for the election are tested and ensure they are working properly and all necessary materials and personnel are deployed to the right LGAs, RAs, PUs and wards.
